Throughout
my career I have held numerous elected positions, including Local
Vice-President, acting Local President, component Vice-President, hotel
chairperson and more. My vision for the Local is a full reorganization of how
the work is done, including mandatory educational courses for all elected
officials of the local to better serve the membership. Another high item on my
agenda is better communication – the membership should be informed in a timely
matter of all union activity.
Vote for
me as your Local President and I promise that:
- I will be visible
- I will be accessible at all times
- I will listen to all our members
- I will work for you 110%
- I will work with all the elected VP’s you choose
I have
been working in the Local since 2007 and have become very familiar with the
Collective agreement and the on-going day-to-day issues that arise for Flight
Attendants. After almost 40 years of serving in the union in various positions,
you always hope that you will leave a workplace with improved benefits and
working conditions compared to when you started.

My 15
years of experience as a flight attendant has exposed me to the challenges and
difficulties our colleagues face on a daily basis. We share the same frustrations,
